We will endeavor to keep stock as up to date as possible. As all stock is subject to availability, we cannot guarantee that all stock displayed will be available, but we will do our best.

All orders and personal information will remain private and confidential. Personal information will not be passed onto a third party. Personal information submitted via this website is protected by a 128bit GeoTrust SSL certificate.

Payment Methods

Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit and Paypal

Layby

Layby is accepted with a 20% deposit and full payment made within 4 weeks. Payments for Layby are to be made by Direct Deposit only. If payment is not made within 4 weeks, the payments made to that date will be kept, and stock returned to site for purchase. Please email for further details.

Prices

Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Returns

If an item is damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of receipt by contacting info@appleseedchild.com.au We will cover return postage.

If you would like to exchange an item, please return to:

The item must be returned with tags still attached, unworn, undamaged and within 7 days. Please include your receipt of purchase. Exchanges will incur delivery charges. If an exchange is unable to be made due to stock not being available, we reserve the right to issue a credit note, valid for 3 months. Exchanges can not be made on sale items.

Shipping

All processed orders will be sent by Australia Post regular or registered mail. Please allow 3 - 7 working days for delivery. Orders over $150 will be shipped free of charge.

Australian Shipping

Orders under 500g - $6.00
Orders between 500g and 3kg - $9.90

Parcels can be registered for an additional $2.50.

International Shipping

We now ship internationally! Please contact us for pricing information on your specific parcel.
